“Sure, get the 5 stars as I liked the experience. So you google for the sort of floor you want, I wanted dark grey laminate then you find what you like but because of monitor colour calibration it looks different on different devices. Okay request free sample, which is actually free, it comes even if a day late, but hey it's free. Look at the sample, for me it was perfect. Great order 13 boxes of high quality 1cm thick laminate but before doing the order check with the team if they can provide some discount. I checked, in my case they couldn't as I was already getting a bargain. Great ordered, delivered on time. Delivery guy was a funny one, he drove this giant lorry into my area that is barely fit for a car and then made a traffic jam which greatly annoyed some of my neighbours but hey it's a fun moment for me because you know, not all neighbours are equal and sometimes it's okay to annoy them. Poor driver then had to reverse his lorry out of this tight place, I bet he had a case of MMoooonddaaaay. I haven't fit the laminate yet, it's still aclimati...aclimatiz...well it's getting confy in my house to the moisture and warmth. Soon though I'll rip my disgusting carpet out and place this quality thick laminate on the golden underlay. That will be both a great old job and also hopefully a moment of immense pride.”
