“Never had customer service this good. Called a couple days after ordering samples, no pressure, just a follow up call offering help and an offer to give a good deal on price. So refreshing.... I called back an hour later and placed my order. Not a big order either but they still gave me a sensible discount. Thanks very much, the order also turned up as expected. Brilliant, can't recommend enough.”

“Ordered flooring for kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen floor was beautiful and easy to install but unfortunately the bathroom one wasn’t easy to install and the laminate wouldn’t lock into place so we didn’t end up using.”
