“I've found them to be very very helpful in making choices and receiving samples. Its a great company that does their best to ensure you can make the right choice- For me I'm happy with how quick the send out samples and respond via calls and email. Flooring all seems fantastic for the price too.”

“Avoid We received a different color flooring than ordered. When we queried it we were told it was the correct floor although you can clearly see it is not. Apparently they change the reference to have no obligation to charge RRP… After trying to make us pay £75 to return the floor, we asked for a discount to keep the floor as we didn’t have the time to wait for an exchange. The vendor has since then gone quiet. Terrible experience.”
