“Placed and order for samples online, arrived through the post a few days later. Really not sure they assist us on our decision so will look to visit some showrooms to get a better idea”

“I was very impressed with the ease of the ordering process, the delivery was also very good with a lot of care taken to ensure no damage to the flooring in transit. I’ve yet to fit the flooring but don’t anticipate any problems. Given the quality of the process so far even if there were I’m sure it would be equitably fixed.”

“I was happy with the flooring itself, but not happy at the fact that the delivery of 15 packs of laminate were just left in my drive. How can this company expect people to get the goods in the house. The fact it was raining was annoying too. I would rather pay that little extra and have a better delivery service. Not all of us have help to get the goods into the house. Therefore, wont be buying from this company again.”
