“Avoid We received a different color flooring than ordered. When we queried it we were told it was the correct floor although you can clearly see it is not. Apparently they change the reference to have no obligation to charge RRP… After trying to make us pay £75 to return the floor, we asked for a discount to keep the floor as we didn’t have the time to wait for an exchange. The vendor has since then gone quiet. Terrible experience.”

“The sales process was great, but everything after that has been a nightmare. My flooring was left in torrential rain without notice or a required signature, so I had to unpack everything just to dry it out. When it finally came time to install, we discovered a clear manufacturing fault — the boards were misaligned by 12mm across multiple rows, making it impossible to fit properly. I reported this with photos and batch numbers, and the supplier agreed it was a likely machining fault. But after that, communication collapsed. Couriers turned up without warning, forcing me to leave work, and even then couldn’t take the boards on the first attempt due to their own requirements. The flooring was uplifted over a week ago and since then I’ve had no meaningful communication and no refund, despite multiple chasers. The after-sales service has been extremely poor and has caused major delays to our renovation. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend the company at all.”
