“Ordered laminated flooring from website. The flooring I wanted was a beige/brown colour that was the colour appeared to be on the website. However when I opened the box the flooring was grey. The whole delivery service was absolutely terrible. When it turned up the driver left the flooring on a palet covered with cling film on the road between two parked cars. He had a trolly I asked him if ne can bring the flooring up the path to the door. He said NO as I didn't have a drop kerb. I explained to him I am disabled and recently I broke my ribs and him. He really didn't care. I had to call a neighbour to help me. If he wasn't available the flooring would have had to stay on the road. As for returns that would have been more difficult than the deliver. I would have to put the flooring back on a pallet wrap it up with some sort of cling flim. Which I would have to buy. Then put it back on the road where it was left. Then if I wanted it picked up that would cost me £75.00 taken off the money i spent and any damaged boxes more money taken off. Well there would have been an open box, as I needed to check the flooring. In my opinion the whole process is made so difficult you just won't send back”
