“The flooring came. It seems ok. Free underlay didn't turn up. I assumed it would be sent automatically but apparently i should have ordered it. This isn't made clear on the website. What really let them down though was the delivery. 4 packets, not alot, not heavy, were left on the pallet blocking access to the property. The driver refused to bring them even into the garden. Couldn't even take them off the pallet. Apparently this is their policy. Well i say get another delivery company then, there are plenty out there. This is letting your customers down. As a result my wife had to move them, including the pallet even though she is recovering from a back operation and ruined her coat with an oil stain in the process. They have refunded the delivery cost but that won't pay for a new coat.”
