“Having bought before from discount flooring we were confident that all would go well. Samples were sent and the order placed. The price was less than a local supplier. The delivery this morning went well and the driver put the packs in the garage for us which was a very great help. Full marks all round.”

“I ordered some bathroom tiles online. They were delivered on a pallet as scheduled. Great customer service, very helpful and responsive when I wasn’t sure if they are the right colour. Thanks!”

“Absolute NO GO – Avoid this company. In my experience, this company has been dishonest and extremely unhelpful. I purchased their click-lock wooden flooring, and their website recommended buying the matching underlay and beading. When the order arrived, the flooring was nothing like proper click-lock flooring and was a nightmare to install. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong colour beading. When I contacted customer service, they agreed to accept the return, but then charged me a return fee. I explained that the beading had been recommended by their own website to match the flooring, but they claimed it was my fault, not theirs. As a result, I had to order the correct colour beading on BnQ at my own expense and pay my fitters a second time to come back and install it, leaving me significantly out of pocket because of their mistake. They arranged the return of the incorrect beading and still charged my card for the return costs. I have reported the company to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I would not recommend buying from them.”

“Dealing with Judith, the whole experience was brilliant. I explained what I was looking for after ordering a few samples by myself online. She pulled out a few similar options I’d not seen and the I chose one of her choices. Brilliant floor. Excellent value for money and I’ve told my floor layer to use them in future and everyone else I know. Chuffed with results.”

“I have received samples and will place an order shortly. My dad found this company, he rang to request samples and the lady was so helpful and sent them straight away as he wanted them asap. He placed an order and again the service was great. The packs arrived as described & he is over the moon with how easy they are to lay”
