“Placed order and arranged for delivery on the Monday and took a day off work. Order never arrived,didn't arrive the next day or the day after.No explanation,no communication.Only when I asked for a refund did I get a feeble apology. Customer service non existent.”

“Lovely choice of flooring, we were after tile effect laminate and the one we chose has really elevated our kitchen. The laminate was easy to install. The delivery charge is pretty expensive though, but we were under time constraints to get this completed so had no choice but to take that on the chin. I believe there were other delivery prices available though.”
