“i bought 15 packs costing over £700 just over a month a go my soon who lives i London came down and arranged for it to be fitted i live in Liverpool fitter started to lay floor the 3rd box he open the edges where damaged the box was undamaged got in touch with DFD there not bothered saying should check on day off delivery how do i check if the box is undamaged i have 12 more boxs to check not going to let this drop i shall be getting in touch with trading standers keep you informed”

“Not installed our flooring yet, so this is about ordering/delivery only. The product looks good + the free samples helped us decide on the product. Decent price. Delivery was expensive and we got absolutely no tracking/info on the day to let us know an estimated time or how many stops away etc. You only get an hour to check for defects which is ridiculous as it took nearly that long to carry inside as it's kerbside delivery only. A lot of the packets were ripped open so we may have damage that we're unaware of.”

“I ordered samples from DFD and they were free of charge with free, fast delivery which I thought was great as most companies charge for this. The samples came and I loved them both, me and my partner are still arguing over which one to purchase. I would definitely recommend DFD.”
