“Excellent experience using website. Samples arrived in timely fashion. Some disparity between description of materials on website to those that were delivered. AC5 advertised on website with 25 years guarantee, AC4 delivered with 20 year guarantee. Some discussion required with Company should we decide to put in an order. Spelling mistakes in brochure leads to a lack of confidence in the professionalism of the Company.”
