“We have a delivery that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 27 June. The delivery never turned up and we were not contacted at any point for updates. There's no customer support and our project is now significantly delayed. We don't even know if the order will be delivered? Very disappointing.”

“My goods came quicky but the driver brought these small boxes on a large pallet and then insisted he leave the pallet here rather than taking it away. I now have the burden of getting a friend to take it to the dump for me ... I cant lift it and it wont fit in my small car ... and the dump is 1/2 hour away. What a bore!”
