“Great service. Very polite lady on the end of the phone and explained everything very clearly with good follow up emails. The flooring arrived on time as planned. Overall I was very impressed from making an enquiry to receiving a sample and finally the delivery of the engineered floor pack”

“Seemed to be an issue with the board as they wouldn't click in until they were over centre. Then they would open up when made straight. Have bought from DFD before and the boards have been fine previously. My installer had a nightmare with this floor! Shipping and communication were good. And would still uses DFD again”
