“the flooring looks the part and meets the online sales description, so overall all is good. The value seemed good at first glance by comparison, but adding a 'pallet price' for 2 packs seems a bit extreme and the delivery wasn't without it issues, drop the load in the garden and scarper !”

“My laminate flooring arrived next day. Delivered on a pallet and expertly wrapped so it arrived in perfect condition. Given the high quote I was given by a carpet shop, I'm glad I tackled the job myself. I would recommend Discount Flooring Depot to everyone.”

“I cant believe how easy it was to order. The length and width boxes on the website take away any confusion. I ordered several free samples - all of which arrived within 2 days. I then ordered my 3 carpets saturday morning and they where delivered on Tuesday. Delivery driver brought them all inside for me. Couldnt be happier with the service. Price was also much cheaper than the stores.”

“Poor customer service following receiving damaged goods. I received no refund for the damaged goods and was advised that I only had 60 minutes upon delivery of the goods to report damaged goods which is against Customer Regulations. Very disappointing customer service, just another example of small companies not understanding the Customer Regulations.”

“I am in the middle of choosibg between 2 samples of very nice vinyl boards, these were delivered free and very quickly. I spoke to customer service for advice on how to measure the room and have confidence in finding superior quality flooring for my bedroom, with helpful service.”
