“I was very impressed with the speed in which I received my samples and on placing my order I realised I would be better off adding another pack, after sending an email with this request Judith got in contact with me and the order was amended she made the process a joy with fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Looking forward to getting my floor fitted. Many thanks J”
