I placed an order with the company for new laminate flooring and underlay. Found exactly what the wife wanted for the best price anywhere. Well as often happens I made a mistake and didn't order enough of either. I called and spoke with Dean Critchly who said he'd check, but if my order was to far into the delivery truck I'd have to place another order and pay another £40 for the delivery. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me he'd gotten my pallet off the truck. We amended the order and I paid the difference. That's what I call exceptional customer service. The delivery was scheduled for 14 February, and it arrived a day earlier than expected. I know where I'll be buying my next flooring!!
