“Ordered over the phone as there was a problem on line. Very helpful and thorough. Everything delivered on time as ordered. However, Ordered vinyl click boarding due to its better quality and suitability. I am a craftsman with over 30 years experience and I found this product very hard to use. Unless the floor is truly flat and level the joints are quite unforgiving to fit. Used a vinyl floor underlay which compounded the issue as joints were not fitting together successfully. The slightest bit of adjustment seemed to ruin the joint. Very frustrating. Finished floor looks nice. However I am not 100% confident with the jointing system. Would use your company again, and recommend your services, but not that perticular product.”

“Judith was amazing, I started looking at flooring a few months ago, she was able to send me samples along with other options, she was extremely helpful when it came to placing the order too too. I was able to choose my delivery day and the flooring arrived on time and in perfect condition. We can't wait for it to be fitted. Very competitive prices,”

“Friendly and professional company. Orders sent quickly and follow up communication to ensure customers are happy or to enquire whether anything else is needed. Company also offers a free advice service if you are uncertain which floor to choose which is a nice touch. Great experience and will use again. Thanks”

“I googled flooring and found Discount flooring, one look at them and I knew what I needed. The descriptions matched their product, with no ambiguity. I ordered samples which arrived so quickly I'm set now. I've matched them to my floor and furniture and felt it so I know what I'm getting. Can't go wrong with this. “One pack of boards delivered with damaged ends. DFD responded initially, but soon stopped answering my emails. So customers had better unpack all items completely before delivery driver leaves. Also, if you detail any damages on delivery note by hand, this information is cut-off the bottom part signature scan DFD send to say packages signed for in good order. Not very good.”
