“Very easy to order what was needed and an excellent website. A special thumbs up has to go to the delivery driver who was very polite and professional and dropped the floor right outside our door. The floor was well wrapped and stack perfectly. A great experience”

“Feel like scammed £45 charge for purchase Delivery and 75£ return delivery. I bought 1 pack of flooring that should be water resistant to use in bathroom and on the pack it’s written that after 48h water will damage surface, I contacted customer service to get alternative replacement and I was advised to put in the bin and order another one.”
