“Samples were received promptly and the quality appears to be better than others on the market. Have yet to order the amount required to lay in our bedroom but if consistent with the samples will be very satisfactory .”

“Flooring is brilliant quality but delivery is very poor. First lot of flooring came fully damaged which was sorted quickly, but on the three occasions I have been expecting orders all delivery dates have been delayed without any forewarning or updates. In total delivery has been re-arranged four times.”
