“Easy to order samples. Slight glitch in that, of the three ordered, one was not what was requested. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Impressed by the quality of the product.”

“Was ok , but had to go out for an hour, left messages as contact numbers didnt work, was contacted br email gave me info on when the delivery would be here approximately, when to go out, delivery turned up as i was leaving had to leave my son to put flooring into room”

“A very good website to use, easy to order and organise delivery on. Delivery was very smooth and the driver was very helpful ensuring it went where I needed it as fairly weighty. The flooring hasn't been laid yet but the quality feels good and the few sections clicked together for a trial are lovely looking.”
