The samples we got were great quality so we placed an order. The ordering process was easy however the delivery came a day late, no notice of the delay so I waited in all day for nothing. Customer service team were not helpful either, after a 20 minute wait to get through to speak to someone I was bluntly told that the delivery was going ahead as planned and that the driver could deliver up to 6pm. Order arrived the following day at 8am. The flooring arrived on a pallet which I now need to dispose of.
