“My second review and nothing has changed, excellent! We needed one more pack of flooring, we hoped to source closer to home due to the cost of the deliver and the company didn't turn me away they gave me all the info I needed to try find it else where. Unfortunately I couldn't so we had to fork out for the delivery cost. However once again what a lovely delivery guy,, he checked we were in before unloading, asked if I wanted the pallet it was on, I said no as I still have the last hanging around and he very kindly took that away for me. Simple kindness that made my day, thank you discount flooring!”

“flooring is great however delivery company said they was going to deliver Friday. Confirmed on a phone call at 16:00 on the Friday that driver will be with me by 17:00. Received a call at 18:30 to say driver was not coming today and will be with me Monday. Order arrived Monday.”

“I still haven't had a reason as to why the floor came a day later than we were told. The delivery guy had no idea why either... The floor is good though so there's that. But i'm still annoyed that because I had to stay in all day on both days, I had to work on the weekend. Not happy.”

“Sales and delivery were superb but the particular flooring I purchased (aqua valley-oxford cottage) is the most difficult I have ever laid. The finish is very nice but the instructions are misleading.”
