“Web site easy to navigate. Plenty of choice , samples arrived really quickly. Unlike some other companies they have a speedy delivery service. Floor arrived promptly on scheduled day I would use this company again.”

“Just purchased some laminate flooring from DFD and only 1 board was damaged out of 80 purchased. Would they replace it, NO. They suggested i got my fitter back to fit it somewhere it wouldn't be seen. What a joke. Avoid using DFD at all costs.”

“paid extra for next-day delivery and it never turned up had to chase the following morning to find out when it would be delivered, so I wasted the day as was booked to lay flooring at the job, and no refund for delivery costs was received even though I had lost a days work very bad customer service when it did arrive it was good-quality laminate flooring”
