“So far, I am still waiting for my flooring to arrive. I did not receive a confirmation email for the order I made online, which I think is odd. I did have a telephone message left on my answerphone saying they were from the company but I was at work & couldn't reply......I wait & see. The original samples look fine & arrived on time.”

“Horrendous service. Delivery was left out in the rain. Try acclimatising laminate after that? No underlay. With the delivery. Had to buy it again at local builders merchants. They are still insisting on delivering a week later despite repeated emails asking to simply refund. I cannot get through on phone. Customer service if you can call it that comprises emails which they ignore. Or reply too at their leisure. I advise anyone avoid this company like the plague.”

“Hello The assistant at customer support Dean was amazing very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with Unfortunatly I was not happy with the delivery procedure the delivery driver was fantastic but road side delivery for 74 sq meters of flooring is shocking it was raining heavy and windy and all had to be handballed in to the house up my drive and off the road it could not be left there as it is a renovation and is not occupied at the moment, there was only me there to do this I think you need to make an option that buyers can choose to have assistance on delivery I feel sorry for the older generation if this happens to them”

“Free samples arrived very quickly. Site easy to use and good selection. Ordered products which arrived in two days, undamaged and on time. Underlay a bit tricky, (gold backed moisture blocking), hard to separate the ends (glued together) but good once on floor. Laminate fitted very well with no problems at all, good product (not expensive). Overall very satisfied indeed with Discount flooring Depot.”
