“I ordered flooring from this company a year ago, and have been happy with the style and quality. I unfortunately had an underfloor leak, meaning I needed to replace the flooring in my kitchen. I needed a very fast delivery, called the office and was assisted by Aaron who I must say was great. He helped me arrange to have the flooring the next morning so that our carpenters could get on with the job. Aaron made a number of calls to ensure the delivery could be at my requested time and followed up in a timely fashion. I have encountered countless issues with other companies I have dealt with during my house renovation, and the customer service here has by far been the best which makes all the difference as it can be extremely stressful. Impressed, and will definitely be recommending the company to friends and colleagues. Thanks again!”

“Used this company before & was pleased with the product & advice given. Recently I ordered more samples but unfortunately they haven't arrived yet BUT this isn't Discount Flooring Depots fault it's Royal Mail strikes fault!”

“Free samples arrived quickly even amidst the postal strikes. Got a follow up call and a quote immediately which was competitive. The floor samples were a good colour and seem pretty good quality. Now it's time to make my mind up on which style to go for! Thanks DFD.”

“Despite Royal Mail holding up the delivery of my sample until it was too late to choose, the Discount Flooring rep could not have been nicer. She had been attentive without being intrusive from the beginning and overcame my embarrassment with her kindness. I am leaving the sample and contact details for the new owners of my house and will certainly choose Discount Flooring in the future for my own needs.”
