“Ordered and arranged delivery for the Monday. Didn't arrive, messaged and told would send Tuesday, didn't come Tuesday, turned up on the Wednesday. Will not use this company again”

“We ordered 3 free samples which considering we didn't know when Royal Mail would be back to normal we were surprised that they survived within a few days. Good sized samples made choosing easy. Will be ordering the flooring in a couple of days.”

“I haven't yet purchased anything but most definitely will do. Variety of flooring is the best I've found so so. Samples are sent promptly and sales team are very knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. Just waiting on our old flooring to come up and room to be decorated and will be purchasing our new floor”

“Disappointing service from otherwise good product. One box of flooring out of 8 delivered damaged but I didn't find the damage until several days later when I laid the floor. The company refused to accept the liability because they expected me to notify them within 60 minutes of delivery. Totally unreasonable t&c's .”

“I ordered a couple of samples for my lounge they came within two working days with a sample of underlay .. well presented.. although I missed the calls a very nice man rang me twice then messaged me say is so many words call us when you need us and we can help … I was impressed I will be doing this soon x”

“I’ve ordered from DFD a few times before. Flooring has been of good quality and has lasted in the properties that’s it’s been laid. Hardwearing and great look. This lost recent time, I’ve not yet ordered but requested samples which came quickly (despite the postal strike) and received a follow up call to confirm receipt and see if further samples were needed. I’ve made my choice, just waiting for builders to confirm coverage so I can go ahead and place my order! Going with Baltic Sand Oak 12mm.”
