“Thank you Discount Flooring for your help in choosing the flooring for our downstairs cloakroom. I received the samples as requestd but you also enclosed an additional one which you thought would be of interest to us. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and although I paid for the cheaper delivery which should have been Thursday here we are at Wednesday with my order already delivered early this morning, a day earlier than expected. Brilliant service.”

“I had no idea what I was doing with the flooring to be honest but the laminate come the day after ordering which I thought was amazing and it looks beautiful in the house & very expensive , very easy to assemble aswell for someone who’s never done it! I would 100% get flooring from you again not disappointed at all thank you so much”

“Our flooring looks great, not fitted yet but happy with design. Easy to order and plenty of choice. Will definitely use again. Only problem if you are a lady or pensioner on your own, kerbside delivery is not brilliant.Even a few steps onto drive would be better. Driver seemed a bit surly, must have been Monday blues!!!”

“Served hy Lee at the Staples corner branch. Lee was polite, engaging, knew his products. When i couldn't find the particular flooring i had been looking for Lee showed me alternatives and i was able to find something i really liked. A stress free shopping trip. Lee was extremely helpful and has excellent customer service skills.”
