“Be careful with their recommendations! Absolutely terrible experience. The sales person over the phone told us to order the only type of underlay they have for LVT. As soon as the product arrived, our builder, plumber AND manufacture of our underfloor heating advised strongly against putting this underlay down. When I raised this with them, they said product would be 'suitable' although it wouldn't be at all energy efficient. They made me paid for the return, even when they sent me something I didn't ask for Their customer service is a joke, it doesn't matter who you speak to, all emails come from the same inbox with no names anywhere, so even if you ask to speak to the manager or escalate the issue with a format complain, it's probably the same person answering. Their return policy said it takes 10 days for a refund to be processed, and of course they waited until the last minute to do so. I'd not recommend this company at all”

“I wish I knew the name of the man who called me as his service and the service of the whold company has been flawless. After being horrified at the prices at B&Q, I went online and found Discount Flooring Depot. I chose a few samples, and got a call the next day to see if they arrived. The man was incredibly helpful and very knowledgable. Once I matched my flooring colour, I ordered. The website is super easy to use, and confirmation came straight away. Less then 24 hours and my hardwood has arrived! Im stunned by the efficiency, and exceptional customer service I received and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great flooring!”
