“We have ordered from discount flooring before and we were so impressed we have used them again. The samples came quickly & after using the visualiser it was easy to make the right choice. On the first occasion I needed help from customer services, the lady was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt & efficient even though I was unable to access the tracking information for a rough time slot. Thank you”

“Received sample very quickly. Product was exactly what I wanted but unfortunately I haven’t placed an order as delivery costs virtually matched the cost of one pack of flooring.”
