“Our flooring order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately a couple of packs were damaged in transit. But after submitting a form requesting replacement packs the response from discount flooring depot was immediate. They agreed to replace the damaged packs without question and did so within a couple of days.”

“Absolutely amazing company! All staff that I spoke to were friendly, polite and extremely helpful in ordering what I needed. I didn't have a clue what I was doing and the person that was assisting me with the amounts I needed was really helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember the person's name but it began with D so thank you 😊”

“I an very pleased with experience: the samples arrived promptly and the I’ve ordered the laminate of my choice, also delivered swiftly within the booked 2 hour window. I was able to speak to an agent when I called to clarify the delivery time, no waiting on the line. Pleasant and overall excellent service.”
