“Unbelievably easy to save so much money! The view in room, ordering free samples, advice on colour, quantity to order and delivery were quick, simple and hassle free. Most important was the quality of the flooring at such a huge saving. Communication on delivery was excellent and on time.”

“Ordered , but about an hour later informed out of stock so delivery delayed by a week . This information should be made known to the customer at the time of ordering not later after payment made, unable to review the actual product at this time”

“I found their service fast and efficient. I called their customer service in order to check out a number of things like colouring and variations and spoke to Jason. He was very knowledgeable about the products, polite, helpful and professional. He also did a follow up call with me. He sent samples too and was so polite when I said I had changed my mind about what I wanted. So although I haven’t purchased through them I was very confident that would if need be in the future.”

“Herringbone flooring has a higher percentage of scrap than the usual 10% it would have been nice to have been notified on the website about this so I didn't have to buy another box and pay another £40 postage for literally 3 boards.”

“Great to get a free sample to get a better idea of the quality of the flooring. Very useful on the app to see the flooring how it looks in our room. When making an order it was very straightforward and service was excellent. Flooring arrived on a very well packed pallet.”
