“Poor customer service following receiving damaged goods. I received no refund for the damaged goods and was advised that I only had 60 minutes upon delivery of the goods to report damaged goods which is against Customer Regulations. Very disappointing customer service, just another example of small companies not understanding the Customer Regulations.”

“I am in the middle of choosibg between 2 samples of very nice vinyl boards, these were delivered free and very quickly. I spoke to customer service for advice on how to measure the room and have confidence in finding superior quality flooring for my bedroom, with helpful service.”

“We have ordered from discount flooring before and we were so impressed we have used them again. The samples came quickly & after using the visualiser it was easy to make the right choice. On the first occasion I needed help from customer services, the lady was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt & efficient even though I was unable to access the tracking information for a rough time slot. Thank you”
