“Well packaged & delivered when stated. Only one board out of 8 boxes had a chip in its edge – that was obviously done before it was packaged for my delivery. The three flooring samples sent before my final order is a great service, this was the reason why I gave this order to Discount Flooring Depot.”

“The staff, particularly Kellie, were really helpful. The floor I wanted was delayed so they called me & found an almost identical floor that could ship out that day & really took the hassle out of the whole process. I received the floor the next day!”

“The three samples of flooring arrived promptly and well packaged. They were a good size to get an idea of how they may look when laid. A nice touch was the inclusion of samples of underlay and beading.”
