“The website was easy to use. The only thing that would make it better is having a back button so when you have viewed something you didn't have to go back to the beginning again unless I missed it. Looking forward to receiving my samples.”

“The flooring itself is beautiful and seems good quality. The price was unbeatable for this sort of laminates. Mind you, we've only done our living room last week, so I don't know how it will wear but so far so good. The flooring was delivered on time, but the delivery wasn't exactly as described. The delivery arrived around 8 am on Saturday morning, but for some reason the driver didn't ring the doorbell and just sat in his van. Luckily my partner happened to look out of the window and we got the goods. The pallet was not unloaded using a tail-lift and trolley, it just sat in the back of the van, and my partner then unloaded the packages himself. This made it a bit more difficult to check the condition of the goods. The driver was clearly in a hurry and there's no way he allowed 15 minutes to check the goods as was promised in the dispatch email. Bit disappointing especially for the price of Saturday delivery. We were expecting a kerbside delivery, but it was not as described. All and all, good flooring, delivery not the greatest.”

“I found this website easy to navigate from the home page, there were no glitches and the loading time was fast. I found the wishlist feature to be very useful to narrow down products, although other websites featured a comparison tool which I would have hoped for an organisation with a large range such as this. I found the sample selector to be efficient. I thought the homepage was quite busy, especially on scrolling down to the centre of the scrolling page. Perhaps if less GIFs were used and colour ways were reconsidered this could be toned back. I think if the blog photos were more personal and less 'stock imagey' this would be more appealing.”
