“Discount Flooring Depot were certainly the best value supplier for the high quality real oak flooring we wanted. They were very helpful when ordering and only missed out on a 5 star review due to the fact that there was a problem with the pallet used for delivery which meant the flooring packs had to be manually unloaded rather than delivered to the kerbside. There was also no response to an email pointing out this fact and and two damaged packages due to the pallet collapse.”

“Really easy to navigate the site and a great range of products. Love how easy it is to order free samples which get posted for delivery in 48 hours. Not an issue on the desktop site but when making a refining selection on the app it refreshes the page after selecting one option. So if I wanted to filter by both light and dark wood and two ranges of board widths I have to wait for the page to refresh 4 times. Not horrific issue but less easy to use than desktop.”

“The delivery was efficient and benefical in terms of examining the samples to know the product before buying it.
