“Really easy to navigate the site and a great range of products. Love how easy it is to order free samples which get posted for delivery in 48 hours. Not an issue on the desktop site but when making a refining selection on the app it refreshes the page after selecting one option. So if I wanted to filter by both light and dark wood and two ranges of board widths I have to wait for the page to refresh 4 times. Not horrific issue but less easy to use than desktop.”

“The delivery was efficient and benefical in terms of examining the samples to know the product before buying it. I am satisfied with the outcome of the service and the quality of products but I would like the company to recommend a lot more affordable laminate flooring as a variety to promote purchase.”
