“I have recently ordered a few samples from this company and had a follow up call from somebody at the company .She was makinnsurr I had received them and if I needed any more help or advice to ring her .i have since ordered a few more samples of flooring just need to decide now lol x”

“Great customer service from discount flooring. I received a call off the back of a sample order. We discussed options and a quote was set out immediately. Very easy to deal with and I will be back for my next flooring.”

“A little dissapointed as before I had even received my samples in the post I had been sent 2 emails and had a phone call voice mail left asking me what I thought about it. Very pressured and this makes me want to shop elsewhere and I haven't even opened the packet yet!”

“They have a wide range of products. I ordered the wrong amount, I called them the next day and sent an email and they rang back within an hour. I explained the situation and they amended the order there and then. Took two days for delivery. The delivery came with one of the packs split resulting in broken boards. I filled out the automated form and again in less than an hour someone called me and arranged to have another pack sent out. Brilliant service and great value product. Will use again.”

“Requested a sample of luxury vinyl flooring which came within a week. It was well packaged and in good condition when I received it. Unfortunately it was not the right colour for my kitchen so I found an alternative elsewhere. I did receive a follow up call from Discount Flooring to see if they could help so I was impressed with their service and would look on the website again if I need other flooring.”
