“We requested 3 samples, reading they were free of charge I naturally assumed that I’d pay delivery costs - however, the order went through with no cost at all. I don’t know anyone else that doesn’t charge delivery on samples! They arrived well packed around 4 days later (over a weekend) - super quick! Info included in the pack was great including samples of underlays. Definitely ordering from this company later this month - fantastic service. Thank you.”

“I'm not satisfied with customer service. My flooring arrived with 1 pack damaged which the driver acknowledged and said he would take it back, I said I will keep it and use what I could. He reported when he got back and I emailed CS. Nothing happened I wrote again nothing happened. I was short on my floor and instructed my carpenter to go and fine more planks from elsewhere- nothing matched! I had to rejig my kitchen to enable me to use what I had. It cost me extra time, labour and cost for employing a carpenter. Still I never heard from customer services!”

“My wife had to carry 25 packets of laminate flooring up 8 steps into the house due to a load of nonsense by this company avoid at all cost £45 delivery 07970396978”
