“Just purchased some laminate flooring from DFD and only 1 board was damaged out of 80 purchased. Would they replace it, NO. They suggested i got my fitter back to fit it somewhere it wouldn't be seen. What a joke. Avoid using DFD at all costs.”

“paid extra for next-day delivery and it never turned up had to chase the following morning to find out when it would be delivered, so I wasted the day as was booked to lay flooring at the job, and no refund for delivery costs was received even though I had lost a days work very bad customer service when it did arrive it was good-quality laminate flooring”

“Brilliant service! Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes the samples were late in arriving. A second lot was sent. I was asked about the urgency of receiving samples ie. 1st or 2nd class. Follow up calls. Couldn’t have been more thorough, helpful and apologetic although it was out of their hands.”
