“Following a good start to service. I have since had a new kitchen fitted and finished only to find, after a few weeks, the quality of the flooring which was guaranteed for 15 years is moving apart as the clicking system is inadequate. Following a lot of emails back and forward and told the kitchen was ‘too heavy’ for the flooring, the company have agreed to give a refund for the damaged flooring (which does not cover the amount I actually paid or delivery) nor are they accepting responsibility for the fact I have now additional costs to have my new kitchen, skirting boards and flooring redone. Be very careful before you choose your flooring. I would hate to have this happen to anyone else. It is very distressing!”

“Pros: Easy to use website, friendly and approachable staff, nice samples delivered quickly and without fuss, good pricing, liked the fact you also delivered a sample of underlay - nice touch Cons: The samples were smaller than other websites I used so it was harder to visualise the effect. While the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful I am a bit of an introvert and I don't like getting called unexpectedly - I prefer contact by email. Also I was in a meeting and had to leave to answer the phone as I didn't know who was calling, no company ID came up.”
