“Feel like scammed £45 charge for purchase Delivery and 75£ return delivery. I bought 1 pack of flooring that should be water resistant to use in bathroom and on the pack it’s written that after 48h water will damage surface, I contacted customer service to get alternative replacement and I was advised to put in the bin and order another one.”
