“I’ve never bought wooden flooring before & although I’d called into a few stores before Discount Flooring, Billy in Glasgow explained all my options extremely well & had an encyclopaedic knowledge of all the products. I was very impressed that despite the Royal Mail strike, the samples I’d ordered were delivered speedily by courier. When i called in to the branch to finally select & order, Billy & the staff were extremely helpful & charming. Very much looking forward to the flooring arriving but thus far the experience has been entirely positive.”
