“Ordered a sample online after being unable to find the right colour anywhere else. Sent quickly by post, then ordered some online. Came on a day which was convenient to me, well packaged and driver rang my husband when he arrived outside our house. All in all, a perfect experience. Thankyou so much”

“We requested 3 samples, reading they were free of charge I naturally assumed that I’d pay delivery costs - however, the order went through with no cost at all. I don’t know anyone else that doesn’t charge delivery on samples! They arrived well packed around 4 days later (over a weekend) - super quick! Info included in the pack was great including samples of underlays. Definitely ordering from this company later this month - fantastic service. Thank you.”
