“Hello The assistant at customer support Dean was amazing very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with Unfortunatly I was not happy with the delivery procedure the delivery driver was fantastic but road side delivery for 74 sq meters of flooring is shocking it was raining heavy and windy and all had to be handballed in to the house up my drive and off the road it could not be left there as it is a renovation and is not occupied at the moment, there was only me there to do this I think you need to make an option that buyers can choose to have assistance on delivery I feel sorry for the older generation if this happens to them”

“very good didnt get it on the day it was suppose to come but that was due to snow but they delivered on the next working day early the only down size was that they never rang or emailed me to let me know but would still buy from them again”

“Free samples arrived very quickly. Site easy to use and good selection. Ordered products which arrived in two days, undamaged and on time. Underlay a bit tricky, (gold backed moisture blocking), hard to separate the ends (glued together) but good once on floor. Laminate fitted very well with no problems at all, good product (not expensive). Overall very satisfied indeed with Discount flooring Depot.”

“Recent 1st time user Found what I presumed was 1st rate laminate kitchen flooring, it wasn't cheap but cheaper than many rivals, arrived the following day which was amazing..independent flooring fitter arrived same day and he was amazed at the purchase for the top quality flooring and the ease of laying. Made me feel I had defo made the right choice. Highly recommend the 12mm Supreme Hydro”
