“I'm not satisfied with customer service. My flooring arrived with 1 pack damaged which the driver acknowledged and said he would take it back, I said I will keep it and use what I could. He reported when he got back and I emailed CS. Nothing happened I wrote again nothing happened. I was short on my floor and instructed my carpenter to go and fine more planks from elsewhere- nothing matched! I had to rejig my kitchen to enable me to use what I had. It cost me extra time, labour and cost for employing a carpenter. Still I never heard from customer services!”

“My wife had to carry 25 packets of laminate flooring up 8 steps into the house due to a load of nonsense by this company avoid at all cost £45 delivery 07970396978”

“Pretty happy with the service received from DFD company. Ordered samples for kitchen floor which came pretty quickly and Dean looked after the enquiry. He followed up by email twice but I didn't feel pressured at all. Sadly my choices didn't suit so emailed him to advise. Asked for a return label so they can be used again. All too many companies do not keep in contact but they did.”

“The laminate flooring came and image did not do it justice looked much more expensive than was (as had gone for a average price per m2) i also ordered beading and underlay all which were high standard for price I paid. I did have few delivery issues but that was with the courier and after contacting direct flooring about it they contacted courier and sorted issue for me same day and delivery came few hours later.”

“So we got samples a while ago. Picked one we like and went for it. The product was on my door step so quick. Well packaged and not damage. The boards are going down really well. We went for the premium underlay. I would recommend it to anyone. The self adhesive tabs made it easy to fit. Really happy with all the experience.”
