“Despite Royal Mail holding up the delivery of my sample until it was too late to choose, the Discount Flooring rep could not have been nicer. She had been attentive without being intrusive from the beginning and overcame my embarrassment with her kindness. I am leaving the sample and contact details for the new owners of my house and will certainly choose Discount Flooring in the future for my own needs.”

“Ordered flooring came the next day.Had a courtesy call to say driver was on his way. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Easy ordering with the room calculator. And excellent delivery. Now just to do the rest of the flat.”

“Found the ordering process really easy, and how quick it was delivered. I haven't had the flooring laid yet but will be next week. Found the choice of colours fab, and took a chance of ordering without a sample. Thankfully it was the shade of grey that I wanted. I bought the luxury vinyl rather than laminate as it has a 15 year guarantee is waterproof and pet proof. Looking forward to being laid in my utility”

“Outstanding support throughout. Excellent quality LVT flooring with quick delivery. One of the boxes was damaged upon delivery (courier fault), however replacement was sent next day without hesitation. Highly recommended”

“Very happy with the customer service. I had forgotten to order something and it was Jo trouble for them to add it to the order and to the delivery without me having to pay another delivery fee. The lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful”
