“The free samples were really useful and helped us decide what we wanted. The order came with one box damaged and I had to give Discount Flooring Depot a bit of a push to get it sorted, but they came through well in the end. Happy with the service once the issue was resolved.”

“We ordered the Luxury 12mm Laminate Flooring in Morning Oak and we were disappointed to find 2 of the packs damaged. We got in touch with Discount Flooring Depot who quickly arranged replacement. We were however really impressed with the quality of the laminate. Overall, we would recommend as damage to goods when being delivered can happen and the efficient replacement process restored our satisfaction.”
