“The sample arrived early and was packaged well. Unfortunately it was not quite the right colour, so I have not ordered any flooring. However I would use this company again”

“I liked the website, good choice of laminate flooring. Follow up from sales team. Eventually chose different floor from elsewhere as my search for lino wasn’t successful The samples haven’t arrived either.”

“Nice looking laminate but due to the large size you will get lots of wastage and it's a pain to click in to place. There are already some chips on them which is a bit disappointing.”

“Good service. I was informed when the item I had ordered was out of stock and given a new delivery date. Only downside is expecting the customer to dispose of the pallet as delivery person refused to take it back. This item is not easy to dispose of.”

“Free samples and free postage thank you. Really liked one of the samples but decided not to order through you due to high delivery costs for a relatively small amount of product I only needed for a 10m2 conservatory so i used what I would have paid for delivery to buy a more expensive thicker floor locally that I could collect. Was happy with sample service though and may have ordered if I had needed a much larger quantity”
