“Good offering free samples to help deciding final product. Delivery could improve.”

“Friendly customer service. Easy to order free samples. The quality of the flooring is good but colour looks a little different to online. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but could be due to Royal Mail delays”

“A great choice of flooring options which made me consider things I hadn't previously. Very quick with samples which are a good size to actually compare easily but sadly a significant delivery charge rules them out for me as I only need a small quantity”

“The free samples were really useful and helped us decide what we wanted. The order came with one box damaged and I had to give Discount Flooring Depot a bit of a push to get it sorted, but they came through well in the end. Happy with the service once the issue was resolved.”

“We ordered the Luxury 12mm Laminate Flooring in Morning Oak and we were disappointed to find 2 of the packs damaged. We got in touch with Discount Flooring Depot who quickly arranged replacement. We were however really impressed with the quality of the laminate. Overall, we would recommend as damage to goods when being delivered can happen and the efficient replacement process restored our satisfaction.”
