We ordered the Luxury 12mm Laminate Flooring in Morning Oak and we were disappointed to find 2 of the packs damaged. We got in touch with Discount Flooring Depot who quickly arranged replacement.
We were however really impressed with the quality of the laminate. Overall, we would recommend as damage to goods when being delivered can happen and the efficient replacement process restored our satisfaction.
