“Flooring quality as expected. Customer service good at first, terrible delivery. Paid extra for timed delivery and lost a day of work waiting for it. Delivery driver informed me that courier service don't do time slots so paid extra delivery for nothing.”

“I received my samples quickly which were all correct however none of them were then available when I went to buy them having all been available days earlier when I made the order. If there ever back in stock I will likely purchase as the prices are competitive and product is what I’m looking for”

“The products we ordered seem great can't wait to get them down but the admin side a little disappointing. We weren't advised of a delay in laminate and then told a specific date to expect it and it came a day early. Luckily I was just leaving the house when it arrived. No tracking info for either delivery.”

“We received the correct flooring and it all looks high quality however when it came to delivery there were some issues. We booked a slot at an extra cost (2pm-4pm) and we received a phone call at 11:30am asking if we were at the property as the driver was outside. As we do not live at the property currently, I asked for the driver to remain there for 10 minutes to enable us to get there but as we were driving down the road (given we got there in under 10 minutes) the driver drove away, leaving the pallet on our driveway. There is a note on the side that instructs that the driver must wait and allow you to look over the goods. Potentially this could of stolen/broken/etc if if wasn't that we were in close proximity. High quality product but the delivery service needs to be improved otherwise we would have just booked a day rather than a timeslot at an extra cost.”

“Purchased some flooring for my living room, which I’m very happy with although some boards arrived damaged (the damaged boards were in the unopened packets so we’re not found until the floor was being laid). Generally I am very happy about my flooring but the delivery (delivery guy) needs some serious training!!”

“They charge £40 for delivery. I called after I did not recieve my flooring and they say i missed it because i wasnt in. After calling 16 times, because their number sometimes comes up as invalid or they send you to their email, i finally managed to reach someone who said they would have it sent out again. Only after I had to explain my legal rights. My flooring is here now but one of the slabs has a dent. They give you 20 minutes to check through every slab before the delivery driver leaves. You then have 60 minutes to report any issues. Overall, I got my flooring but with a lot more effort than what I would have liked.”

“Our order arrived today, but sadly was badly damaged. Hence it has been returned for replacement. Upon emailing Discount Flooring Depot to advise them, they responded quickly with regard to a replacement order.”

“Ive received samples after 1 week , very good quality carpets and great prices. I was about to order 48sqm of exquisite carpet range but changed my mind because waiting time is too long, courier service takes 3-5 days, collection in person is NOT possible. In the age of Amazon Prime where we used to receive everything NEXT DAY they must rise up their games. 5 days delivery is too long.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review, it is always appreciated. Unfortunately due to the size and weight of carpets the logistics of it is not as easy as with smaller items.
