“I ordered my flooring as they guaranteed delivery for a certain date. My flooring never arrived and the delivery people said it had been delivered, that changed to the driver had made an error and hadn’t actually delivered the floor and they would be in touch. The only lines of communication are via email and they only get back to you after loads of emails I received a full credit over 3 weeks after my order was placed I would never deal with this company again really poor service and one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone”

“Ordered for delivery yesterday (product in stock) then received an email to say out of stock. Completely messsed up my kitchen project. Won’t use again due unreliability and inability to manage stock control.”

“Useless company who when my beading turned up damaged the day before the floor fitter was arriving only gave me the exact amount refund for the beading and no good will gesture so left me driving around for hours trying to find replacement flooring, avoid go somewhere else”

“Avoid Avoid Absolutely wrong products sent. Asked for High Gloss white and was sent Oak white (Really cheap) Really frustrated . when complained Customer service is trying to prove that is the right product. I have complained to advertising agencies and will take Legal action against them now. 10 different pics sent to them, they dont even have a clue about their own product. Avoid Avoid”

“Absolutely disgraceful - wouldn't even give 1 star, but I had to. The quality is shocking, breaking on installation, exchanged several emails with their customer service who won't accept any liability for supplying goods which are not fit for purpose and are not of satisfactory quality. Tried to tell me I don't have the right to reject goods under the Consumer Rights Act as ownership transfers to me on delivery - I think they need to read up on the legislation! They also tried to tell us 'it's not like normal laminate' as though we were stupid. Asked us for pictures and to fill in a complaint form which we did so they could pass it to the manufacturer, even though the contract is with them so they are the ones liable. They keep repeating questions and trying to duck out of responsibility any way they can. Shocking goods and shocking customer service. Will be reporting to trading standards. Wished I'd have read the Trustpilot reviews before buying!”
