“Order service and subsequently fine. Problem was with your delivery service feeding back to you that they couldn't deliver with a result that I received an email wanting a further £70 to deliver when in fact it was the courier service that used too large a vehicle to make delivery in a residential street. Once notified of the situation, it was quickly rectified by your team although I wonder when you will be back taking telephone calls, we are now two months out of lockdown! - the rest of us working people have never stopped and have had to find ways to deal with customer enquiries on a personal level.”

“customer service was great - they contacted me when the floor I had chosen was out of stock and provided some alternative samples. Ultimately I decided to wait for the flooring I originally chose and it did come in when discount flooring estimated. so no surprises just good communication”
