“Customer service is very easy to reach, and quick to respond. I prefer text and email and that has been fed through to how I am in contact with the person whom is dealing with my enquiries and order. The product I wanted was out of stock originally but I was informed when it came back in, rather than my having to regularly search the company website. the website itself is easy to navigate with suitable filters and clear instructions for ordering. Will definitely be coming back to discount flooring again.”
