“Clear and easy to use website. Really like getting the samples completely free just a bit annoying that you can only order 3 samples per basket. Good prices on the website too.”

“customer service was great - they contacted me when the floor I had chosen was out of stock and provided some alternative samples. Ultimately I decided to wait for the flooring I originally chose and it did come in when discount flooring estimated. so no surprises just good communication”

“Really good experience, we received the samples within just a couple of days. One day delay but was made aware in plenty of time and given the option to cancel if need and a sincere apology which was great. Really easy process and delivered within a couple of days even with the delay. Would definitely recommend the company to others. I directed a work colleague to the website yesterday.”
