“I contacted Discount Flooring regarding a flooring that was not showing on their website but had bought last year to see if it was still available. On checking it showed stock in their warehouse but they would need to check and call me back, due to some slight miscommunication their end I never got the call back so called again. On my second call I was told another person was dealing with it and they would call me back which they did, apology was given, order was placed and received within 5 days hence the ‘Good’ and not excellent”
