“Extremely good quality I loved how sturdy the wood was and it had an amazing finish that was really smooth to touch. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and how quickly I received my order, and staff were kind enough to phone up and ask how I found them.”

“I ordered a sample almost 2 weeks ago, I advised one of the advisors that I was dissatisfied with the delay, he said "all the best with your search" (with a competitor). I assume, by this response, that you do not appreciate our business. How disappointing.”

“I cannot knock their customer service. I recently bought some flooring online with ease and was delivered promptly. However on delivery the pallet that my flooring was delivered on was broken and some of the boxes were damaged. The boxes were inspected as requested on their email prior to delivery and a few boards were damaged. I contacted the company within the hour of delivery and I got a response immediately. The company subsequently replaced the boards that were damaged the following day. The flooring is of good quality and looks good now it has been laid. I will definitely use again”

“The service that I have received so far as been amazing! I put the items in my basket after deciding on the laminate flooring and had an email from a lovely lady named Judith stating that the underlay wasn’t suitable for the flooring. She talked me through the process and helped with the order. I highly recommend.”
