“Sent me one sample free which I thought was brilliant”

“The samples we got were great quality so we placed an order. The ordering process was easy however the delivery came a day late, no notice of the delay so I waited in all day for nothing. Customer service team were not helpful either, after a 20 minute wait to get through to speak to someone I was bluntly told that the delivery was going ahead as planned and that the driver could deliver up to 6pm. Order arrived the following day at 8am. The flooring arrived on a pallet which I now need to dispose of.”

“From start to finish, an amazing service! The website was user friendly and the flooring matches the ‘see it in your room’ feature on the website. The flooring came the next working day and we received regular communication from the company. The price was also fantastic and it is certainly a company both me and my partner would recommend to anyone looking for flooring.”

“I cannot fault the customer experience. I ordered some samples, which arrived promptly, and this was followed up with a call from a very helpful Jason on the other end of the phone. The samples were high quality and also large enough to give me a clear idea of what they would actually look like. Would highly recommend.”
