When enquiring I was of course told the more expensive price was correct so paid the extra as we wanted this floor My biggest however gripe is the delivery T&C's which were sent days after through after I had purchased the flooring. And I quote Sometimes accidents happen. That's why it's important you check your delivery once it has arrived. Take photos of any damage while it is on the pallet and you must sign for it as 'damaged' with the driver. Based on this only I can't recommend the company. I hope however the quality of the flooring differs from the above. Have some scissors ready to cut away the plastic covering and look for any dents, rips or tears.
