“The website is very straight forward and easy to understand,Very helpful telephone sales and aftercare team, I personally had an issue with some missing items from my order and whilst this was a courier error and nothing to do with Discount flooring, they took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved within 48hrs at no additional cost to myself.”

“Ordered , but about an hour later informed out of stock so delivery delayed by a week . This information should be made known to the customer at the time of ordering not later after payment made, unable to review the actual product at this time”

“Great to get a free sample to get a better idea of the quality of the flooring. Very useful on the app to see the flooring how it looks in our room. When making an order it was very straightforward and service was excellent. Flooring arrived on a very well packed pallet.”

“Good flooring but delivery was slow . I should off got it on a day but did not get it so but work on house on hold for a day . They was very helpful when I rang up about the problem and sorted it out for me and flooring came next day”
